Question: What is the difference between the premium models and the new Ortho-Gel line of Sleep Systems?
Answer: We still carry last year's luxury line of Sleep Systems. The gel is slightly deeper and they utilize The Original BlueGel technology vs. the new value line which utilizes the brand-new Ortho-Gel hexagonal gel. Both lines are incredible investments in sleep.
Question: Why is the new Ortho-Gel line so much less?
Answer: The new line is so much less for a couple different reasons. First, we have moved the mattress manufacturing in-house which eliminates one of the middle-men. Second, it uses up to 40% less gel vs. the luxury line without compromising therapy. Third, it utilizes a slightly different coil system which costs a little less to manufacture.
Question: I know your beds have always had the best 20-year warranty around, does this new line have the same warranty?
Answer: The new Ortho-Gel Distinctions line comes standard with a 20-year warranty, full for five years, and prorated for 15.
Question: I know Alpine is famous for their extra discounts on Gel Sleep systems, is that still the case with this new value line?
Answer: Yes. Alpine still has floor-models, demo beds, scratch and dents, seconds, etc. of all lines past and present. Chances are we can find something to work for you if you are looking for even steeper discounts.
